On Saturday, 7-2-11 a group of our 99s met for lunch at the BW Fairfield Executive Inn to share pictures and stories about the trip to Atchison, KS and Jean's induction into the Forest of Friendship. Two members planned to fly their planes out to Atchison and one of them got there...diverting and dodging storms. What a difference a day makes. The second plane left a day later and got weathered-in in Pennsylvania. They made the best of it and had fun anyway while waiting for an "exit" window...that remained tightly shut.
